Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email contactus@fofowear.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We will confirm and send you return instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we process your exchange or refund.

Size or colour exchanges are subject to availability.

Items sourced especially for you through our Pre-Order service are confirmed in your quotation. Please review the terms in your quotation before confirming.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
