Discover the iconic seaside elegance of the Hermes Chaine d’Ancre Sandal, also known as the D’ Chaine D’Ancre or Island Sandal, a cult-favorite from the House of Hermes, shown here in Noir Black and Rouge H / Bordeaux Burgundy. Crafted in Italy from ultra-lightweight and waterproof premium rubber / TPU, this flat thong sandal is designed for ultimate comfort and durability at the beach, pool, and resort. The defining feature is the sculpted chain motif inspired by Hermes’ legendary Chaine d’Ancre anchor chain jewelry — the straps are formed by a continuous series of interlinked oval chain links, each detailed with the small H inside, wrapping elegantly around the foot. The design features a classic thong toe-post, a contoured footbed debossed with HERMES PARIS for authenticity, and a flat non-slip sole. Lightweight, waterproof, packable, and easy to clean, it is the perfect luxury companion for summer vacations, yacht trips, and everyday casual chic. The architectural yet feminine silhouette embodies Hermes’ heritage of equestrian-inspired jewelry translated into footwear. A timeless collector’s sandal that delivers quiet luxury with instantly recognizable design codes.
